Yohann Vachette was part of the France National Mountain Bike Team from 1996 to 2005, when he won the French Championship and became Vice-Champion at the Junior European Championships. In 2004, he ranked 20th at the Mountain Bike World Championships in Gets, France. A year later, after receiving his degree in mountain bike, Yohann took on a position as mountain bike division manager at the Gets-Saget resort from 2005 to 2007. During this time, he managed to increase by 70% the visiting rate of the resort. He was also in charge of the design, construction, maintenance, and security of bike trails. In 2007, he co-founded BikeSolutions, an engineering and design office specialized in the conception and construction of trails for bike riding and urban gliding.
